Honestly, I don't usually expect personalized items to be super high quality. I searched far and wide online to find a water bottle that was actually nice and also insulated. This one had all the right qualities and good reviews. And for good reason, it is great. Got it for a Father's Day gift for my dad and he says it holds ice for hours. The pictures look really nice too. I would definitely recommend and buy again!
