I like these tumblers, but they need to hold more liquid. 30oz I'm constantly refilling mine, AND they'd be better if they were _W_H_I_T_E_ inside so you can be sure you don't run them over.
Ordering was easy - I do seem to recall not realizing that a screen had advanced a few times when making selections, but was able to troubleshoot. The pens came quickly and packed safely. I enjoy the one pen that I purchased for myself.
